This case illustrates uncommon presenting neurologic symptoms, a rare combination of histopathologic features, and atypical findings on radiographic evaluation.Conclusion: Clinicians must maintain a high index of suspicion for cerebral metastasis to make an accurate diagnosis and initiate appropriate management of advanced cervical cancer.
