About the Cover

Faces of Pediatric Care at Ochsner. The two children pictured on the cover are patients at Ochsner Hospital for Children. Two-month-old Autumn Holmes (left) has sickle cell disease. Thirteen-month-old Eleanor Hudson (right) has neuroblastoma. Research, new therapies, and comprehensive care have significantly improved mortality and decreased morbidity in children with these conditions.
