Perioperative photographs from the case report "Structural Heart Issues in Dextrocardia: Situs Type Matters" (doi: 10.31486/toj.19.0119) show the cardiac chamber anatomic variations in dextrocardia and a view of the patient's atrial septal defect through the right atrial window. Color-flow mapping Doppler images show diastolic intra-atrial jet through the atrial septal defect.
