In the Autumn 2002 issue, second paragraph page 239 of A Report on Vaccine Availability Administration Protocols as of August 2002, “intravenous” should have been “subcutaneous”:
“To minimize the number of vaccination visits, up to seven subcutaneous vaccinations may be given simultaneously, but different vaccine products may not be combined in the same syringe.”
