She underwent a uterine artery embolization, fetal intrathoracic potassium chloride injection, amniocentesis, and ultrasound-guided suction dilation and curettage with the use of intracervical vasopressin, flowable gelatin with thrombin, and cervical cerclage.Conclusion: Advanced cervical ectopic pregnancy can be successfully managed in a conservative fashion in a patient who strongly desires future fertility.
