With the Spring 2023 issue, Ochsner Journal transitioned from a print and electronic journal to an electronic-only journal. An archive of past print issues is maintained by the Academic Division of Ochsner Clinic Foundation and housed in the Center for Academic Excellence, 1401 Jefferson Highway, New Orleans, LA 70121.

As an electronic-only, open access journal, Ochsner Journal provides immediate access to the full text of all content with no requirement for user registration both at the Ochsner Journal website and at the Journal’s PubMed Central archive.
Permanent Preservation
Content of Ochsner Journal is preserved in PubMed Central, a free full-text archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the National Library of Medicine. The entire Ochsner Journal archive has been deposited at PubMed Central. New issues are deposited quarterly upon publication.
